J5 Create USB Type-C To HDMI & USB 3.0 Hub JCA379

The JCA379 USB-C™ HDMI™ & USB™ 3.0 with Power Delivery provides extra connectivity from your computer with 5 Gbps transfer speed and supports 4K HDMI™. These pocket-sized multi-adapters allow you to add an additional USB™ 3.0 HDMI™ monitor and USB Type-C™ for charging. When connected with a power source, the USB Type-C™ port allows you to keep charging your notebook or smartphone. Compatible with MacBook®, Chromebook™, XPS 13/15, and other laptop and desktop computers with a USB Type-C™ port.
For ultimate functionality, use the JCA379 USB-C™ multi-adapter with j5create's JUP4275 for laptops/tablets, and/or use the JUP1230 for mobile devices.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

- Your host USB-C™ port (USB™ 3.1 is recommended) must support USB™ Power Delivery and DisplayPort™ alt mode to ensure full functionality.
- Your mobile device might require more power than your charger can allow to use the adapter and charge your device simultaneously. To ensure the JCA379 powers and charges your mobile device while in use, a [higher wattage power adapter](https://en.j5create.com/products/jup1230) may be required.
- 4K-capable displays and cable are required to achieve 3840 x 2160p resolution
- DisplayPort™ v1.2 required on graphics card or video source to support 3840 x 2160 @ 30 Hz

Special Notes:

- If you are using a high-powered USB™ device please attach an USB-C™ power adapter to the JCA379 power delivery port for maximum performance.

- To ensure files copy completely, do not remove the USB-C™ power adapter while copying files.
